Version 2.5 Update

Version 2.5 is on the way, but still working on a few last major changes before getting ready to roll things out. Sorry for the delay, but it will be worth it. There's a TON of new features in this new release - stay tuned!!

Tim Kortsmit's Gravatar Awesome, I am looking forward to it! I actually just installed 2.4.5 for a non-profit organization that I am heavily involved with. I did notice a few minor bugs, however as I was testing the viability of the system for our organization - do you by chance have a list of bugs that this version will fix. I would hate to waste your time by submitting duplicate bugs. Thanks for the great work!

Joe Danziger's Gravatar @Tim:

Glad you like the app! I added you to the beta mailing list, and I hope to have a new beta out soon. I've changed some major stuff so waiting to get something fairly stable ready again.

As for the bugs fixed, the best thing to do would be to review the subversion history - that will show you the last version tagged and all of the MANY changes since then.. If you have a questions about whether a specific bug was fixed, feel free to shoot me an email before posting it up onto RIAForge.

Rick Crow's Gravatar Joe, will 2.5 include the ability to 'archive' completed projects? Or am I missing something in 2.4.5 that allows this?

Rick Crow's Gravatar Apologies ... just found the archive option. How about the ability to delete and/or move a milestone?

Thank you, I appreciate that you added me to the beta list! I'm excited to be able to try out the new version. And yes, this app is great - for a non-profit student organization such as the one I am working with (http://www.smsusife.org), a commercial project management system is not feasible, but this works wonders instead. I dare to say that it is actually more efficient than some trials that I tested.

Regarding the bug, I did go ahead and submit some on RIAForge that I encountered. At this point, however, it might be better to hold off until I can test the beta version instead.

David Crowther's Gravatar Could you please add me to the beta list as well - many thanks.

By the way, did you receive that email from me with the link to the free icons styled for projects?

Kind regards,
David Crowther
